Dear colleagues,
We invite you to attend the International research and practice conference “Managerial Competences for Lecturers”. The conference will take place at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University on March 14-15, 2013.
Scientists, post-graduate students, Master’s degree students, lecturers, teachers, high-school managers are welcome to participate in.
Items to be discussed:
1. The essence of competences in lecturers’ professional activity.
2. Lecturer as a manager in democratic relations with students.
3. Lecturers’ participation in higher education institution management.
4. Lecturers’ influence on the government administrative decision making (public consultation, expert evaluation within the working group).
5. Lecturer’s self management.
Conference framework includes workshops, managerial competence development trainings, contest for students.
Working languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English.
Conference proceedings will be published before the conference begins.
The organizational committee has to be provided by February 15, 2013 the following:
1) materials to publish comprising up to 5 A4 format pages in electronic form;
2) conference application form with the stated full name, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work, postal address, contact telephone number, email address.
Requirements for the text layout:
All margins are 20 mm, font “Times New Roman”, point size-14, paragraph indention – 10 mm. Electronic form of the theses is performed with the text editor MS Word for Windows and sent to the email address Ця електронна адреса захищена від спам-ботів. Вам необхідно увімкнути JavaScript, щоб побачити її. as a “doc” or “rtf” file with the subject of the message as following “For the conference”, file name—author’s surname.
Reference list should be placed after the text of the article titled “Bibliography”. Sources of the reference list have to be numbered manually without implying the menu item “Numeration”. Text references should follow the pattern [5, 87] where 5 is a number of a source according to the reference list and 87 is a page number.
Materials that do not meet the specified requirements won’t be published!
Organizational committee does not review or return typescript but retains the right to select the materials for publishing.
