Teachers’ Digital literacy

The purpose of the course is to motivate teachers, school principals, school managers to develop new media educational competencies and implement the acquired knowledge in the educational process.

The course aims to provide teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe navigation in the digital environment:

- understanding of such digital phenomena as hate speech, cyberbullying, fake news, information security, critical media literacy, cyber hygiene, etc .;

- finding ways to integrate digital literacy into the curriculum;

- ways to form a positive image of the educational institution, using open resources;

- understanding of modern trends in the use of the latest information and communication technologies in the educational process; - study of world and domestic experience of media education.
