Internationalization of Research

This course will introduce to internationalization of research by exploring its major themes. In this course, we’ll explore the increasingly international nature of research and analyze the impact of globalization on research policy and practice. We will explore the dominant patterns of international strategic research partnerships that have arisen in response to the globalization challenges, global institutions, international research programs.The course covers following topics: International Research Leadership Basics, Legal framework of Internationalization of Research, Indicators of Internationalisation for Research Institutions, International Strategic Research Leadership, Strategies for Globalizing Research in the Educational Sciences, Discussions, Problems and Dilemmas of Modern International Research Management, Personal Leadership in International Research.
